Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at the GJ 1st Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2542 G Road.
Survivors include two sons, one daughter, two brothers, 10 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
