The National Weather Service is calling for clear and sunny skies Monday with daytime high of about 50 degrees in Grand Junction.
An east wind is forecast at 5-10 mph. The low is to be around 22 on Monday with clear skies.
The outlook is similar Tuesday with sunny skies, a high near 51 and an east to southeast wind from 5-10 mph.
The wind is expected to subside later in the day.
The low Tuesday is forecast at around 24 degrees with partly cloudy skies, the weather service said.
Daytime highs are expected to drop during the rest of the week with a high near 48 on Wednesday, 46 on Thursday and 43 on Friday. The lows are forecast around 20 on those days.
No snow is forecast in the Aspen area through the workweek.
There is a slight chance of snow in the Vail area on Tuesday and Wednesday with the best opportunity midweek, the weather service said Sunday.
