Shots fired during apparent bank robbery

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (AP) - Shots have been fired during an apparent robbery in suburban Denver, resulting in injuries.

A Westminster police dispatcher said the shooting Thursday happened at a bank at 120th and Sheridan Boulevard. Police on the scene requested rescue vehicles for injured people, though the number of people injured and their injuries wasn't immediately available.

The dispatcher said at least one suspect was in custody.
