Richard “Rick” P. Juarez of Grand Junction, retired U.S. Army, died Nov. 9. He was 52.

Service is planned for 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 13, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survived by his parents, Gus and Colleen, one son, three daughters and three sisters.
