‘Have they all been duff sitters?'

The Free Press quoted Mr. Ray Scott as saying “While taking my listening tour I realized one thing, the people of western Colorado want and need help.”

First, isn't western Colorado the anti-government/self-reliant bastion of the entire world?

Second, if western Colorado needs help, just what have Steve King, Laura Bradford, Josh Penry, and all the other Republicans who have represented western Colorado been doing while in office? Have they all been duff sitters?
