The spring Artspace Open Studios Tour is coming to Grand Junction, Fruita and Palisade. The exhibit of artwork from participating Open Studios Tour artists is on display through April 30 at Vectra Bank on Patterson Road near Mesa Mall, Monday-Friday, from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and is open to the public.
Join the artists at a tour preview reception on Thursday, April 23, from 6-8 p.m. at Vectra Bank and savor the experience of meeting them prior to the tour. There will be wine tasting, appetizers and free tour maps too.
Browse among the different styles and media representing talented artists across the Grand Valley. Explore the range and depth of what our area artists have to offer during the tour. Whether its contemporary or traditional, there is something special to delight the eye and every budget.
The Open Studios Tour happens on Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, May 3, from noon-5 p.m. Artspace invites you to learn more about the tools and techniques artists use in creating their work. Hop in the car or grab a bicycle and enjoy the self-guided driving and biking Open Studios Tour around Grand Valley neighborhoods to see artists creative working spaces.

Free tour maps can also be found in Grand Junction at Vectra Bank on Patterson Road, Grand Junction Parks & Recreation Office in Lincoln Park, the Visitor & Convention Bureau Welcome Center on Horizon Drive, Coffee Muggers on Main Street, Planet Earth & 4 Directions Gallery on Colorado Avenue, Cooley Designs on Sixth Street, Hang Ups Gallery at Second and Colorado, Traders Coffee on Patterson and The Art Center at Seventh and Orchard. In Fruita maps are available at City Hall, Chamber of Commerce and Aspen Coffee, and in Palisade at The Blue Pig, Tucan Coffee, Palisade Cafe and the Town Hall.
