It should come as no surprise that Republican politicians have shot down the bridge loan to U.S. auto makers and are willing to let our economy collapse even further just to make some kind of political point. This makes it even more evident that GOP lawmakers have very little use for blue collar workers in this country. The only time they have anything to do with the working class people of this nation is when they’re trying to get re-elected. The rest of the time they’re only about helping their rich friends to get richer. That’s why they’re giving their banker and wealthy Wall Street buddies billions in bailout money, no questions asked.

I hope people and history will make note of who those politicians are, and they’ll be remembered for their treachery.
