As I read “Business owners weary of roundabout construction” (May 8), I recalled how businesses in Colorado in Grand Junction, Aspen and Glenwood Springs and in southern California in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, Glendale and Burbank fail to make contigency plans to deal with road construction to keep customers and money rolling.
