Dorothy Beasley of Grand Junction died Sunday, April 20, at Mesa Manor Care Center. She was 88.

She was a retired registered nurse and a volunteer for the School District 51 library.
She is survived by son Barton Beasley of Denver; daughters Carolyn Guerrie of Grand Junction, Mary Ellen Polak of Denver and Nancy Wood of Grand Junction; sisters Marjorie Scott of San Augustine, Texas, and Hermerae Messina of Galveston, Texas; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

No formal services will be held.
